I saw a healthy happy Monarch flying around the milkweed plants along my side fence, on Sunday! I couldn't tell if it was a male or female, but it looked so happy to find the milkweed & couldn't decide which leaf to land on! Once it sat on some leaves, I wondered if it was a female laying eggs. It flew above my yard and house and returned a couple more times then looked like it headed north!
