Observed one Monarch female depositing a total of 19 eggs on young Swamp Milkweed and young Butterflyweed plants being raised in pots. Eggs reported separately. Also observed two additional Monarchs in the backyard. One was nectaring on a large Swamp Milkweed plant. The other Monarch, a female, spent most of its time resting on several large Goldenrod plants in the backyard.
