The monarchs were putting on an airshow for us today. 4 of them at the same time chasing each other around the yard over and over again. The Snowbirds have nothing on them! There were at least 2 males (one of them our daily visitor) and one female for certain. The 4th I couldn't ID definitively. They would rest once in awhile on rose of sharon, butterfly bushes and syriaca.
