At about 1 PM, just before the rains came in, my nephew saw a monarch flying about flower hangers in front of the ice cream shop across from the Harrisville State Park entrance. Temperature was 70F., cloudy and wind SW-11 mph. My nephew knows the difference between a monarch and a Viceroy.
