Two hummingbirds around our garden patio, one seen nectaring from Tithonia (Mexican sunflower), Thalictrum rochebrunianum (purple meadow rue), and Meyer lemon, while the other probably nectared on Tithonia before chasing the first one away. The photo suffers from the evening light, but does show this female hummingbird (or juvenile) on the Meyer lemon, which is in a pot -- this is, after all, Minneapolis.
