Our usual male was here again on patrol. Also had 3 other monarchs visit and chase each other around, like playing tag!
When we released our males today, one of them was on a butterfly bush and an aggressive male came and attacked him. We had to take him off our released butterfly, his claws were right in him. This was not our usual male visitor that did the attacking. He is here everyday and has not shown any signs of aggression against any others. The attacking male was a new brightly colored one. (Not ours)
