My first sighting was in the morning while tending my garden. The monarch flew around the morning glories before quickly flying off. Later that day another one landed on my marigolds on my deck and fed for 10 to 15 seconds before fluttering off. (Too fast to take a picture) I was thrilled to see them as I haven't seen a monarch in my yard in 3 years!
