Monarch Waystation #271 reports a monarch sighted 5:55 pm out my kitchen window, nectaring on Tithonia and tropical milkweed in the front yard. From the brief glimpse at first I could not tell if it was laying eggs or just "savoring" the TMW nectar by hanging upside down and bending the flowers. After watching a bit, noticed the "cruising for chicks" flight pattern of a male. Nectar, cruise, repeat.
