My first hummingbird sighting was a male on 4/28/17. Since that time, I have seen them off an on thruout the growing season. This month, August, I see them them daily and many times. Today, 8/7/17, I saw 3 in the same vicinity. I plant many flowers suitable for hummingbirds, including Cuphea, Salvia and Beebalm. I don't need a feeder.
