While sitting in my lawn chair in my backyard, I observed 2 monarchs land on my Joe-pye-weeds in my flower garden. They were there for about a minute. They flew away at 7PM. My Joe-pye-weeds are 6 feet tall and have buds. Weather sunny, temperature 69F., and wind calm.
