I came home & semi noticed butterflies all over my 2 lantana bushes. I didn't think too much about it because I am not used to seeing Monarch butterflies, and while it struck me as somewhat unusual, I'm afraid I didn't pay much attention. The next day when they were there again I investigated and noticed that they were Monarchs! Many, many Monarchs flitting all over and around my 2 lantanas. The interesting thing is that I have many more golden yellow flowered lantana bushes in my yard but the Monarchs only seemed interested in the bushes with the lighter yellow-pink flowers. I am sorry I did not think enough to get a video of them.
