I went out into my yard at 8:30 a.m.to see if I could find the male Monarch who I saw the day before late in the evening. Sure enough he was still here. Later in the day I came back outside to check for Monarchs. I was photographing what I thought was probably that same male when I quickly realized I was now seeing a female! Afterward I checked my Milkweed plants and found 41 eggs.
