Monarch Adult Sighted
Sightings report image

Date: 08/14/2017

Number: 1

- this is my first sighting of a monarch in Halibut Bay near Halifax, Nova Scotia.
- the monarch ate nectar from several flowers before flying away but I did not see it on the flowers on my milkweed patch.

Hopefully, it will come back and lay eggs!
