While working on a project along the Midtown Greenway for 5 hours, I saw 4 monarch butterflies. One of them amused us by swooping down to a row of orange traffic cones we had set up in a row, about 12 feet apart, checking each one briefly and then flying on to the next before it finally headed for greener "pastures."
