I want to alert others to this predator that I just found out about yesterday. I have had many many caterpillars this summer and wondered why I hadnt been finding that many chrysalis. Well yesterday I found a reason why. I noticed one of my 200 plants a caterpillar being attacked at the back end by a Stink bug. It died. There had been another instar 4 on the same plant. After flicking the stink bug off of the plant, I didn't think much more of it...until this morning the other cat that I saw yesterday was also dead with a stink bug next to it. So....instead of flicking them off, they will get squished when ever I see them whether it be on a milk weed plant or otherwise!
