My wife and I went for a walk in the early afternoon. They seemed to be gathered in two places. In the bushes and trees in the front yard of our house. And, in the bushes and trees along the Thunder Bay rRiver near the draw bridge. It was pretty windy that day so they were just hanging out and not flying much.
It was in the early afternoon 1:00 or so. They could have been roosting, but like I said it was pretty windy that day and they may have been just staying out of the wind. I'd say that they were about 75 that I saw in our yard and about 25 that I saw at the river.
