I was out in my kayak watching the solar eclipse and saw 2 monarchs leaving land and flying across Green Bay in WSW direction. The first at 12:50 and the second at 1:25. Our peak eclipse here at 1:15 was about 70 percent. The sky had some light clouds but sun was clear at these times.
