2 adult male ruby throats, an adult female RTHB and immature hummer. They are busy feeding at the nectar feeders, flowers and catching insects. We had 6 hummers a few days ago. There was a third adult male that showed up and stayed for a couple weeks and an immature male with partial red throat feathers. I think both of these males have moved on.
Lots of chasing to defend territory and nectar sources. Except for 2 oriole feeders all feeders we've put out have bee guards. The bees and wasps are really ferocious and more numerous this year.
