This monarch was on a mission flying south fast right in front of me. It spared a short time for the few blossoms on my Mexican Sun Flowers and was gone. It's been a parade of hummingbirds too and, although I'm sad to see these spring/summer visitors go, I'm so happy to have given them Cardinal Flowers, Black and Blue Salvias, Joe Pye Weed, Asters, and Mexican Sun Flowers to fuel their long journeys. Already, starting to miss the spring/summer visitors in Minneapolis.
