This is the same house I reported yesterday, with a big flock of monarchs on Liatris ligulistylis and ironweed. The wind has been from the southeast, and the butterflies appear to be stalled. We heard from a friend that they have been there in those large numbers for several days already. There didn't appear to be any fewer today, though it is very hard to count them when there are so many.
