The outer bands of wind and rain from hurricane Harvey reached us today. Throughout the day 3 male RTs visited and chased one another around my feeder. I noticed another hummer that was a female or a junior RT. I wondered if the storm had brought them as I have not seen RTs all summer at my feeders. The Blackthroats that had been here have seemingly left.
