Released another male at my favorite park. Was going to leave him on the underside of an oak leaf but didn't like all of the yellow jackets everywhere. Since he was a newbie (eclosed today), I walked around trying to find just the right yellow jacket-free tree. The monarch got bored with that and flew off my finger and went to the top of the oak tree. Glad he made the decision himself.
