Today (Sunday) at 3 PM, I walked the beach at Harrisville State Park where I observed a female monarch nectaring on the wet sand. This is the only monarch seen since Wednesday when I observed 149. When I got home I saw another 2 monarchs in my flower garden. So, after a three day absence, the monarchs are starting to migrate again. Weather was sunny, temperature 68F., and the wind SE-11 mph.
