Aug 28th 2017 Seacliff Park, Leamington, Ontario a few minutes drive NW from Point Pelee.
6:20 - 7 pm The clusters started out on 5 oak trees about 300 monarchs. Within the 1/2 hr it grew to 7 oak trees totaling about 500 monarchs. There are many species of trees in this park so it's interesting how they choose only oak, three days in a row. I love when they flash for another to join the cluster.
Weather: Cloudy with heavy rain in the forecast. 21°C
