An unseasonably cool, cloudy and windy day in the low 60s. I didn't see a single Monarch today. Tomorrow will be sunnier but still in the mid 60s. By Thursday the weather will improve with highs in the mid 70s and nothing but sun through the weekend. By this time last year I was seeing peak migration in my garden, not so this year.
