Monarch Waystation #271 reports one hummingbird seen hovering over my front yard as opened the front door to leave ~7:30 am for a dental appointment. I had startled it up to have a curious look at me, then it flew off. Did not see what it had been nectaring on, but the closest plant to it at the time was the Tithonia, a past favorite of the locals this season.
