There were quite a few hummingbirds in our yard today. There were adult males as well as adult females. There were also a good number of hatch year birds. The pictured hatch year male was wearing himself out today trying to rule every feeder on all 4 sides of the house. He is sitting on a spent night blooming cereus. Beautiful day.
