Monarch Adult Sighted

Date: 09/11/2017

Number: 3

I have been seeing the Monarch Butterflies every day since the second half of July, after returning from being away for 5 weeks. In the past few years, I have not seen Monarchs very often. This year has been great. With all the rain, the Butterfly Bush really took off, and the butterflies, bees, and hummingbirds love it. This is the first year I've grown Mexican Sunflowers. The butterflies: Monarch, Tiger Swallowtail, and Black Swallowtail, along with Admirals, Fritilleries, moths, Bees and Ruby-throat Hummingbirds, all love them.
