Weather Wind W-NW-SW at 6-14mph, temp 11-27 degrees C (HOT!..80 degrees F), heavy cloud cover for most of day but decreasing to 0% by late afternoon, and some haze mid-day.

Non-raptor Notes Very large and diverse morning flight involving 8592 birds of 84 species, with the highlights being 8 Common Loons, 1 Baird's Sandpiper, 5 Wilson's Snipes, 47 Chimney Swfts, 19 Ruby-throated Hummingbirds, 1 Red-headed Woodpecker, 14 Northern Flickers, 3 Olive-sided Flycatchers, 8 Eastern Kingbirds, 2 Blue-headed Vireos, 2 Philadelphia Vireos, 607 Blue Jays, 45 Red-breasted Nuthatches, 2860 Cedar Waxwings, 18 species of warblers with the most common being 59 Tennessee Warblers and 403 American Redstarts, 2252 unidentified warblers, 24 Rose-breasted Grosbeaks, 233 Red-winged Blackbirds, 8 Baltimore Orioles, 943 Purple Finches, 32 Red Crossbills, 291 Pine Siskins, 48 American Goldfinches.

Also 11 Monarch, 1 lady, and 1 White Admiral."
