I observed 2 monarchs on the beach at Harrisville State Park and 4 more within the park's campground starting at 12:15 PM to 1:45 PM. I then went to the town of Harrisville and the harbor and saw none to 3 PM. Weather was sunny, temperature 73 F., and the wind S-13 mph.
