We now have two hummingbirds at our backyard and window feeders. I observed one of them very closely at a feeder at our kitchen window. It appeared to be a female as it was plain white with no markings on the front. It seemed to be have put on some weight in preparation for fall migration. We have not been able to see the other hummer up close enough to determine if it is a male or female.
