I think it was Franklin Twpship. Not sure as I was walking and had walked for mile on a trail doing looking for wild life to photograpy.I came across the nest and there were 2 eagles in the nest and were quite grown and about to fledge. I have a pick of one of the chicks out of the nest. Will find and submit
