I went to Harrisville State Park and saw no monarchs on the beach, but I saw one within the campground at 12:15 PM. Later at 4:15 PM, I saw a female monarch in my garden and a male monarch there at 6:22 PM. Weather sunny, temperature 75 F., and the wind S-14 mph.
