Looks like moms and dads have gone now and only young ones, growing fast, are still around. No longer filling feeders every day - maybe every 3 days they need filling since most of the birds are gone. But, I am getting rid of the Praying Mantis that have shown up to try and grab the young ones so watch out for them. Usually around here, by the second week of October all hummers are gone and the full moon on Oct 6 probably will be cold and that may just chase the rest south. We shall see
