Many Monarchs congregating at the park on the lake for the evening. I saw the roost on Sept 20 about 7pm. It's a lakeside park so lots of domestic flowers in gardens and goldenrod and Asters all along the cliffs by the lake. Also some undisturbed meadow areas. It was unseasonably warm at maybe 18C and the wind was from the south. They would have been partially shielded.
