I was at Have Heron Wetlands to tag the Monarch for Kansas Univ. I only tagged 5. It is very windy, around 30mph, and they were clinging with all their might to Mexican Sunflowers, Cosmos and Thistle. I was in a pollinator garden and native grasses garden.
