We were waiting for a chrysalis attached to a lily leaf to become a butterfly for several weeks. Sept 20, we found the empty remnants of the chrysalis, but did not see the butterfly. Today a beautiful Monarch was enjoying the flowers, particularly the Buddleia, and stayed in the gardens all day!
Very exciting!
