4 monarchs in our gardens today. All were feeding heavily on butterfly bushes. The weather here has been unusually warm with today reaching to humidex reading of 39C/102F.
We have been seeing more painted ladies than ever before. This has been going on for about 2 weeks. Each day there is even more. Yesterday at least 2 dozen and today we couldn't even count them all. They were also feeding on the bushes. Monarch Waystation #13039
