Brought a chrysalis inside and a beautiful female eclosed last Sunday, September 17th. Released her on Tuesday and she hung around nectaring on the flowers. Haven't seen her since then but then today noticed a Monarch outside and when I went out she flew down within inches of me to land on a flower. Since she came so close to me, I feel that this is the same butterfly.
