I went to Harrisville State Park at noon and saw no monarchs until 1 PM. I went back to my house and observed 3 male and a female monarch on the Joe-pye-weeds in my flower garden. Two of the males and the female left at 3 PM and the other male stayed until 6 PM. Weather was sunny, temperature with a high of 88F. at 4 PM, and the wind SE-7 mph all day.
