One large healthy female rt showed up at 1pm, fed at one of my 3 remaining feeders, then flew near to me and hovered for 6 or 7 seconds, with outstretched wings and white tipped tail feathers. I'm convinced she was thanking me for the meal. With this display of gratitude, all my months of toil was rewarded.
