Released 8 healthy monarchs this morning. Beautiful weather for butterflies today. Would have been 9 but 1 seemed to fall from where it had attached itself in the cage and never had a chance to stretch its wings. I found one perfectly formed one that had escaped as A caterpillar and had attached itself to underside of a shelf in the area where I had worked with cleaning cages and placing new plant material for them. It was smaller than others. I had brought them in before and after the hurricane . Expect to release more soon.
