I saw a total of 6 Monarchs on our buddleia bush in Central Michigan at one time in the mid afternoon with temps at 92 degrees & a bright blue sky. I also saw 4 additional Monarchs (individually) flying high in the sky while driving in both an easterly & westerly direction on Route 10 across Central Michigan in the early afternoon & also the later afternoon. The image I have attached is of a male Monarch that appears to be malformed as his wing had separations in it as well as a scrunched section.
