THE SIGHTING JUST HAPPENED (4:30 P.M.) according to trusted monarch spotter and twin sister who is again up at the cabin on the Whitefish chain in Pequot Lakes. The monarch was crossing the road heading south. It had been raining but the sun came out and so did the monarch.
