Hummingbird Sighting (Adult Male)

Date: 10/01/2017

Number: 4

Awoke to light rain and heavy overcast this morning. As I stepped out of my back door onto the covered patio, I nearly collided with two Hummers in hot pursuit of each other, racing beneath the patio cover that shelters two nectar feeders. Well, it woke me up big time!! But, it served notice that my visitors were spending yet another day with me and that the overcast skies would present more ideal lighting opportunities for photographing hummers in much cooler temps. So, without further delay, I am going to get my gear to set up!! A great Sunday to all!!
