I saw two Monarch butterflies feeding for hours on Asters in my yard/meadow. butterflies on Tuesday. Earlier in the week I saw a brief visit by another migrant on goldenrod next to my driveway. Last week two butterflies emerged from chrysalis in my yard near my milkweed plants (their chrysalis was on two jewelweed plants that were next to each other.)
