Monarch Adult Sighted
Sightings report image

Date: 10/04/2017

Number: 1

This monarch stayed in the yard for over 1.5 hours. It went back & forth to geraniums, lobelia. sedum, hydrangea & a single daisy. It seemed exhausted & the wings looked deformed, as can be seen in the attached photo. When it finally flew away, it seemed much stronger. There was heavy wind &n rain last night which may have caused this strange behavior.
