It was a great day for butter fly sightings! I saw THREE at once in my yard, and a Painted Lady, all about the same time. First time that I have see 3 together. Two appeared to be fighting, one was alone, on the other side of the yard.
also a few skippers and a Cabbage white were sighted

Today Oct 4, Wed, one was sighted. All of these were sighted on or about the zinnias.
