A cautionary tale advising you to leave your nectar feeders up a little while longer. I was ok my way to the deck this afternoon to take down the feeder since we hadn't seen any birds since 9/21. Just as I was walking out, a lone female hummingbird appeared on the feeder. I'm about to make some fresh nectar for her. This may be the latest yet.
