Saw them flying across the Cross Island Trail at different locations. Sky was clear, no precipitation, temps 70-75 F, wind gusting out of West - Southwest at 9-12 mph. Butterflies were generally heading south along Chesapeake Bay but were having a tough time due to the strong winds.
